Relyco has announced that Bruce Steinberg is now president of the company and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, strategic sales and marketing planning, and growing the company’s business. Previous president and CEO, Mike Steinberg, remains as CEO of the company. “Twenty five years ago, I started Relyco and built a very successful business selling unique paper products, checks and forms. The company is now prepared to take its next steps and promoting Bruce to president will enable Relyco to progress in a market that is rapidly changing,” says Mike Steinberg. “Over the years, Bruce’s role has continued to grow and today he is ready to lead to the company as our president. As CEO, I will take a more strategic role in strengthening relationships with our customers and partners.” As president of Relyco, Bruce will lead new sales and marketing initiatives to capitalize on a market that is transitioning to more efficient and cost-effective digital and inkjet technologies. The company recently announced a new product line of specialty inkjet paper media products at Graph Expo and will continue to expand its offerings for both digital and inkjet printers. “I am excited about this opportunity to take a greater leadership role at Relyco as we look to grow the company,” says Bruce Steinberg. “Our market and how we do business is evolving as the print industry adopts new digital and inkjet production printing technologies. As a result, we have a great opportunity to be the innovative leader in specialty paper media products that our customers are demanding for their digital presses and inkjet printers. Prior to becoming president, Bruce was senior vice president of sales and business development for Relyco. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s year-over-year sales growth as well as developing new domestic and international markets. Bruce joined Relyco in 2006 as director of government sales and later became director of reseller and partner sales. Before Relyco, he was president of Recycle First from 2002 to 2006 when he sold the company. Bruce graduated from Boston College in 2001 with a degree in business management, concentrating on finance and computer science.
